We offer a super quick and easy way to get your invoices paid online. You don’t even need a website. Add our ‘Pay Now’ button to your invoice or email, or text your clients the link. Want to recoup your cost of processing online? Add a surcharge to all payments or add a surcharge to just some; pass on the full costs, or pass on partial costs – the choice is yours.

How it works

Online payments are quick, convenient and easy, so it’s no surprise that consumers tend to prefer them. This can lead to increased sales, especially if you implement things like one-click payments.

You can choose to send

1. A PDF invoice with a ‘Pay Now’ button at the bottom
2. An email with a link in the body of the message
3. Text with the link in the message.

Step - 1

Your customer clicks the link or ‘Pay Now’ button, and it redirects them to the payment page.

Step - 2

The customer fills in their payment details.

Their payment is processed by Bambora (our payments partner) and then confirmed if successful. The customer can choose to have a receipt emailed to them.

  • Accept Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards through a secure payment page hosted by our partners Bambora
  • $150 setup fee
  • No contract term
  • Zero cost per online transaction IF you surcharge it on to your customer – otherwise, it costs 3% per online transaction
  • $25.00 excl GST per month
  • Access to the back-office portal to run reports, view payment history, process refunds and card storage
