The Eftpos terminal displays ‘Declined’ or ‘Transmission Error’ on the receipt!

If it displays ‘DECLINED’ or fails to logon then follow these simple steps.

  1. Turn the power off to the eftpos terminal, leave off for 15 seconds.
  2. Check to ensure that all connections are securely plugged in.
  3. Log on again.
